Giada Fedeli, in arte Gammaphi, nasce a Volterra nel 1984.

Vive e lavora a Roma.

Abbandona gli studi universitari a pochi passi dalla Laurea (Corso di Laurea in Cinema, Musica e Teatro della Facoltà di Lettere e Filosofia di Pisa) e intraprende con tenacia la strada della pittura.

È autodidatta. Ma grazie alle sue continue sperimentazioni giunge ad un linguaggio pittorico proprio, riconoscibile ed unico.
Il gesto e il pensiero sono femminili, ma i temi toccati sono molteplici e legati non soltanto alla figura della donna.

Il tratto deciso, la forma della figura, la scelta di cromatismi forti e puri si snodano sulla tela per parlare in modo diretto e affinché il senso arrivi senza filtri, facendo sognare lo spettatore.

Quando dipinge Giada è poetessa, è musicista, è filosofa e portavoce del suo tempo. L’eclettismo personale si riflette nei suoi segni, nell’immaginario pittorico che di volta in volta si evolve e si spoglia, si riveste e si arricchisce.

Come Orlando, che si trasforma da uomo a donna attraverso i secoli.

Dal 2007 Giada lavora instancabilmente. Apprezzata dai molti estimatori, partecipa a rassegne d’arte nazionali conseguendo importanti riconoscimenti e curatele come quella del prof. Claudio Strinati, del prof. Ilario Luperini e della curatrice Alessandra Ioalè.

Giada Fedeli, art name Gammaphi, was born in Volterra, in 1984.
She works and lives in Rome.

Short before graduating from the Course of Cinema, Music and Theatre at the department of Letters and Philosophy in Pisa, she quits university to focus on achieving  her own original painting style, recognizable and unique.
Her action and thought process are feminine, but she develops many topics, not limiting herself to the “women’s shapes”.
Her stroke is very determined, the shape of her figures, the choice of colors is strong and original, natural and pure. Her colors emerge from the canvas to talk directly to the audience, so that their meaning may reach the viewers without being filtered, so that the viewers may dream of it.
While painting Giada is, at the same time poet, musician and philosopher; she is a refined teller of her times.
Her personal eclecticism can be seen through her signs and traits, in her pictorial style and in the imaginary that she conjures which, step by step, develops and “undress itself, dressing itself again”, getting richer and richer.

Like Virginia Woolf’s “Orlando” who changes, transforming himself from man to woman through the centuries.
Giada has been working and painting continuously since 2007.

She is appreciated by many estimators, and she has taken part to many national exhibitions, getting important acknowledgments. In particularly two of her exhibitions have been criticized and estimated by prof. Claudio Strinati, one of the most important and famous Italian art critic, prof. Ilario Luperini and the curator Alessandra Ioalè.
